In this article you will learn how to store any papers and/or emails with in the email archive feature of AeroCRS.
The Email archive is an important feature we have developed in order to put any relevant paper and / or email in a collectively place.
In order to have your papers / emails to Email archive, follow those steps:
- Send or forward an email to email@example.com
- In the first line write: "PNR XXXXXXX" (The PNR followed by the reference number)
- Send the email
Within 10-15 mins the system will retract the email with all the attachments and will place it in the archive.
If the system fails to understand an email send to it, you will get an alert back to your email.
- At any stage you can click on the email in the email archive and read it and the attachments
