We have found a few issues in the system recent development about PTL, TTL and Web alerts.
- The system was sending an additional letter/number in the PNR ref code, which is not related to the actual PNR ref.
The data in the booking reference itself is correct, it is only the PNR reference which was with an error.
You can still lookup such a PNR using the first 4 chars from the right end of the PNR ref sent to agents and customers in the "Filter" in Reservations screen (not via the PNR search)
The issue started on SAT 23:00 19/DEC and resolved on TUE 22/DEC 7:00 GMT.
- The system was sending PTL alerts even if the PNR is empty.
The issue started on SAT 23:00 19/DEC and resolved on WED 23/DEC 3:00 GMT.
- The system was not sending any automated alerts due to a faulty procedure in the monitoring system.
