GDPR - Export travel data


In this article we will explain about the option for a user to export his past and future travel data.

You will be able to notice that the 'My account' page has a new button next to the past/future trips, which says: Export. You are able to translate the Export word using the CRS: Website module -> Website words

Once the customer clicks the 'Export' button, it will create a CSV file, with the following information:

Booking ref' (PNR), Service Date, Trip information (Flight number, from -> to, class), Passenger name, ticket number.

This is also valid for web agents.
