In this article, we will explain how to send an AVS recap.
An AVS message (Availability Status Message) contains the status of the airline's flights that are sent to the agents who are enabled on the system through enabling GDS connections.
Once GDS is enabled in the system (Not sure how to enable GDS? click here for more information), AVS recap can be sent.
Please note that an AVS recap will be sent automatically when:
- Flight status is changed
- Class is changed
- A booking is made on the flight
- Class is closed

In the flight series screen, pick all the required flights. Pick "Send AVS recap" on the action pane. click "Take action".
